By downloading or using FullYear, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FullYear Calendar is a calendar app for iOS that lets you view, create, edit, and delete calendar events. It is developed and maintained by Miika Kettunen, Finland.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FullYear on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not:
FullYear requests read and write access to your calendars via Apple's EventKit framework. You grant this access voluntarily. You can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars. You are solely responsible for any calendar events you create, edit, or delete using the app.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel a subscription, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy. We have no ability to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will notify you in advance and you will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
The core calendar overview (month, 3-month, and year views) and basic event management are available without a Pro subscription. Pro features such as additional widget sizes and color themes require an active subscription or lifetime purchase.
You are solely responsible for the calendar events you create, modify, or delete using FullYear. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of the app, device failure, or iOS system behavior. We strongly recommend keeping your calendar data backed up via iCloud or another service.
FullYear is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calendar data will always be displayed or saved accurately. Calendar data accuracy and reliability depend on Apple's EventKit framework and your connected calendar accounts (iCloud, Google, Exchange, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miika Kettunen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use FullYear. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these terms, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.
Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchased online. However, by starting to use FullYear Pro immediately after purchase, you expressly request that the service begins before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has fully commenced.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For material changes we will provide notice through the App Store or within the app. Continued use of FullYear after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
