How to add events and tasks

From the main screen:

1. Tap Camera or Photo Library to select an image with event details
2. Or paste text directly into the text field
3. Tap the arrow button to analyze
4. Review the detected events and tasks
5. Tap Save to add them to your calendar

Editing before saving:

• Tap the pencil icon on any item to edit details
• Change the type between Event and Task/Reminder
• Adjust dates, times, locations, and notes
• Unselect items you don’t want to save

How to use Snap2Plan from the Share Sheet

You can quickly send screenshots and text to Snap2Plan from other apps:

1. Take a screenshot or find text/image you want to share
2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
3. Scroll down and select Snap2Plan
4. The content will be analyzed automatically
5. Review and save events directly

Tip: This is the fastest way to capture event details from emails, messages, or web pages!

To upgrade to Pro:

1. Tap the Pro badge on the main screen
2. Follow the subscription flow
3. Start your 7-day free trial

To manage or cancel your subscription:

1. Open iPhone Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
3. Go to Subscriptions
4. Select Snap2Plan
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (access continues until period ends)

Troubleshooting & Feedback

Common Issues

App isn’t detecting events:

• Make sure the image or text contains clear date/time information
• Try rephrasing or providing more context
• Check that you haven’t reached your query limit

Calendar permissions:

• Go to iPhone Settings > Snap2Plan
• Enable Calendar and Reminders access
• Restart the app

Events not saving:

• Verify calendar permissions are granted
• Check that you selected items before tapping Save
• Try creating a test event manually in Calendar app

Share Sheet not working:

• Make sure you’ve opened the main app at least once
• Check that Snap2Plan appears in your Share Sheet
• Try restarting your device
